Developer must have a commitment on the investment growth of apartment unit owners. This was revealed by the project developer Woodland Park Residence, PT Pardika Wisthi Sarana.

Achmad Setiadi, Managing Director of PT Pardika Wisthi Sarana, admitted that currently the development of property investment in Indonesia (based on data compiled in Residential Property Price Survey by Bank Indonesia) experienced significant price growth in the first quarter. 

Based on other data, from REI (Real Estate Indonesia) Association, made him optimistic that business in the property sector will continue to increase until the end of 2018 as the global economy improves.
